KK- Site Load Times

Fro about the last 1 1/2 hours, KK has been loading slowly. Once again, it is a hosting issue and hopefully will be resolved soon. Again, sorry for the issues in the last few days. update 2:44pm, from the folks who host KK, The issue was tracked to a storage system that failed to properly fail-over to 2nd head unit in the process of a systems error. Total downtime involved the identification of the issue, system restart, the wait time for each web server to finish their reconnect back to the NFS mount point. We are currently investigating the initial cause of the issue, and staff are closely monitoring the system as well. This issue affected approx. 10% of our clients. There is still some latency/non-page loads because of the backed up web requests that hit the web servers during the time they could not get to files on the storage system in question. These systems are being worked on to bring load back to normal now that the storage system is fully operational. About the only thing this hockey guy understands is fully operational! - Continue...
